Shipping and Returns Policy


If you place an order before 12:00pm (AEST) your order will be dispatch on that day. If you order after 12:00pm (AEST) your order may be dispatch the following day.

Your parcel will be sent via Australia Post (eParcel and Express).

Please note we used Australia Post guidelines and based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.

Our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays.

 Domestic:      Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 AUD (5-7 business days)

                             Standard Shipping $8.95 (5-7 business days)

                             Free Express Shipping on order over $300 AUD (3-5 business day)

                             Express Shipping   $11.95  Under 500 g weight (3-4 business days)


New Zealand:   Free Standard Shipping  on order over $150 AUD (5-7 business days)

                            Standard Shipping   $24.40  (5-7 business days) 



International order the standard shipping is $30 for outside Australia and New Zealand  please contact

Track your parcel with Australia Post:

1. You'll find your tracking number in the PDF document attached to your shipment confirmation email.

Returns Policy

Change of mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you need to return unopened goods within 30 days. Any goods that have purchased over 30 days or been opened cannot be refund.

Please note you will need to cover shipping charges on returned unopened goods.

Faulty product

If you receive a product that is in some way faulty in packaging please contact .   We will send you a return form and arrange return faulty product and a replacement.

We will refund you postage charges of returned as a result of an error on our behalf.

Allergic reaction

Our products description, direction use and important information directed on the label. Please read them carefully before use them. Unlikely case, if your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction please stop using the product immediately and contact us +61352940191 or .

Our therapist will help identifies caused a skin reaction and future advise. Allergic reaction much be reported within 14days after you purchased and allergy product returns must not be more than 20% of used and we will exchange another product for you after we received the allergy returns.

To Returning Products

1. All any returned items pack them carefully to ensure that they arrive in the same condition as you received them.

2. Complete a returns form and attach the form with returned items.

3. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or credit within 3-5 business days.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
